Stanford Clinical and Translational Research Scholar Program (Sub-I)

I hope this email finds you well. Our office is delighted to inform you about the re-launch of the Stanford Clinical and Translational Research (CTR) Scholars Program. The CTR Scholars Program supports outstanding medical students from diverse backgrounds underrepresented in medicine (including – but not limited to – underrepresented minorities and students from economically, educationally or socially disadvantaged backgrounds), who are interested in clinical and translational research and would like to pursue a sub-internship at the Stanford University School of Medicine. Participants complete a four-week sub-internship and a week-long intensive course in clinical research in fall 2012, and also receive mentoring and financial/housing support throughout the program.

The application deadline for the 2012 CTR Scholars Program is February 1, 2012. Please feel free to visit our website for more information at: http://med.stanford.edu/diversity/ctsa/ctr-scholars.html.

Thank you so much for your support. Should you have any questions about the program, please do not hesitate to contact me at daustria@stanford.edu or (650) 721-2390.

Warmest regards,

Diana Austria
